Understanding Compensation

Commissions through HBW's direct access carriers are annualized (for agents that qualify) and paid direct by the respective carrier. Commissions that are assigned to HBW are paid as earned by HBW. Commission and Override percentages are based on the Carrier Product Payout then by the agent's HBW Level. Please select from the menu on the left to get information about Hierarchy Levels, Products, Carriers and Commissions offered through HBW. Override commissions on downline agents result from the percentage spread between you and the agents below you. You must be at the AM position or above to receive spread overrides. If you prefer, a printer friendly version of the compensation section is available.

HBW Agent Reporting Services Website (Online Commission Statements)

If you have recently received a commission check directly from HBW Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. for Brokerage, Long Term Care, Disability, Overrides or Fixed Annuities and are wondering ~ Where is the commission statement that goes along with my check? The HBW Agent Reporting Services website can be located at: http://agents.hbwinc.com/, where you will be required to create a user name and password of your choice by having your social security number and HBW code number readily available. Just click on the register tab in the top left hand corner directly underneath the HBW logo to get set up. Once you have registered, login into the site, click on "Commissions" and then click on "Statements", choose the appropriate date and then view. There is your statement! We highly recommend that you print your statement or save your statement to your system. Please be aware that if you choose to export/save the statement it will not carry the totals in for you, if you use the excel export option you should be able to place a formula to sum up the details. We recommend this as the Commission reports will only be available online for 6 months after the original posting.
